DescriptionWhen a mail window is open, the drop-down menus don't 'hold' when the mouse moves down over the new editing area on the mail.
Steps To ReproduceOpen a send mail window.
Hover to get drop-down Town menu, scroll down towards Legends Hall area.
Additional InformationIMO Menu should hold priority

Found a resolution, but not for the current menu system. It will however correctly prioritize for the menu system projected for V4
