Summary	0001281: Birthday Gift not showing on profile.
Description	I was trying to send Myst a "birthday" gift, but only the gift option showed on her profile, despite it being her character creation date.
Steps To Reproduce	Went to https://www.secfenia.org/display_profile.php?name=Myst on December 1st, and found no birthday box. Gave her a regular gift instead, which didn't count.
Additional Information	I was able to see the birthday package button once I made her a "friend" and looked on that page. I sent another rose, and this time the quest was fulfilled.
