Summary	0001202: Weapon Proficiency skills are no longer showing updates
Description	Go to weapon skill page for training and has been like this since last update. Training shows no changes. Your Weapon Proficiencies Dagger: 100% [LP: Today] Sword: 100% [LP: Today] Staff: 100% [LP: Today] Axe: 100% [LP: Today] Bow: 100% (+20% Way Bonus; Total: 120%) [LP: Today] Hand to Hand: 100% [LP: Today] Can only train 3 times a day at the moment so this is obviously wrong
Steps To Reproduce	go to weapon training page to reproduce results.

~~user24~~ 2018-08-19 11:17 ~0000824	Doesn't show how long ago in hours and minutes but is working showing 3 done today & 3 done yesterday so in fact might be better this way. Fix worked.
